Cub vocalisations

Polar Bears are born around christmas in a den. This makes it very difficult to study their behaviour in the first weeks of their life. Only in zoos it is possible to do some research. A Dutch student listened to the sounds the cubs make and came up with several categories. Interested? Have a look (and especially listen) here, a nice insight to the first sounds Polar Bears make.
